Just a quick update about what's been going on.
I've been trying my hardest not to drink fizzy drinks so I've been drinking a lot of ribena.
Yesterday i went to the salon and gave them my name and number so someone could get back to me about some work, fingers crossed.
It's only 6 days til i have my first treatment and i am crapping myself but its for the best, just hope i don't look too bad with most of my teeth missing.
All in all nothing has really happened but i will keep you updated.

Pamper Day =] 25/07/2012

So yesterday afternoon, i helped my cousin with her course again but got a free pedicure instead, it was nice, a bit ticklish at some times but now my toe nails are a really cute shade of purple.

She also took me out for dinner afterwards, we went to pizza hut. We both had pepperoni pizza and then shared a cookie dough ice cream pudding which was really nice =]

It was nice to catch up with her again, and i hope in the future that we do end up working together because we get along so well.

Pre Op =]

Just come back from the hospital, it was okay, had my weight, blood pressure and oxygen levels taken. Then was talked through about what they are going to do to me. I'll be having four teeth taken out and the rest will be filled.
But I've got to start brushing my teeth twice a day and i have to lay off the fizzy drinks for a while.
My first treatment is on the 7th august and my second is on the 16th august.
Crapping myself a little because i know i will have to stick to liquids for a while til my gums heal, so I'll probably be living off rusks and mash potato for a while.

Just had lunch, then me and my mum are making our way to my college to sort out some stuff for September.

Family Day Out =]

So today we went to the Burleydam Garden Centre for our family day out =]
Woke at 9am and got ready to leave at half 10, it only took us 10 minutes to get there.
It's such a great place, i love all the flowers and the knick knacks you can buy.
So i will now post some pictures that i took while i was there =]

So i had an amazing time, love being with nature, as my friend said "its because were Virgo's, nature lovers" =]

Hoping maybe this year to go to chester zoo at one point =]

Okay so i haven't written in a while, my life has been kind of boring at the moment so nothing much has been going on.
Finally got my bursary form today, so me and my mum filled what we could but it is kind of hard to understand so if my mum can get the week off then we might pop down to the college and ask about the blank spaces then hand it in.

Nothing else has really been happening, got a call yesterday about my pre operation, which I'm having on Tuesday, there going to go through what I'm having done to my mouth then taking my blood pressure and my weight and other things i have no idea about =] Really nervous for it, i know I'm going to be drugged but I'm going to ask if il be able to listen to my music while they do it so i don't have to listen to the drill noises (thinking about it, knocks me sick).

But above all that, nothing else has been happening which is kind of shit.

RIP Thomas

Two years ago on this day, our cat Thomas died. I shall raise a drink for him tonight. I miss him so much, so kind hearted and adored everyone.
Always wish to find him sitting and waiting for us but i know it will never happen.
Love him so much =]
He will always be remembered =]

Meet the team day =]

Okay so i kind of got to the college early, about an hour early =] my bad though, thinking i was going to be late haha

It was good being back there, i was only waiting 30 minutes til we were seen, there were only 8 girls there so we only have two days in college, which is a bit of a bummer but oh well =]

The tutor talked to us about what we will be doing in September and it will be acrylics, nail art, manicure and pedicures, reception work, health and safety, practising on clients, anatomy and learning to sell products. =]

Then we were given our timetables, she said we should approximately start on the 4th of September =] The days i will be in are Tuesdays and Fridays.

We were also given our order forms for our tunics and trousers which will be black and our sash will be pink but i don't have to get that til august.  

Also signed up for a bursary which will cover the costs of my uniform and my kits =] which include a manicure, pedicure and nail art kit and a CND nail enhancements kit as well.

We have to buy our own textbooks which i have found cheap on the internet so that wont be a problem. Then all i need now is the job centre to pay for my enrolment fee.

We were also told that we would go on trips to Birmingham and Manchester for the day =]
Also the more clients we do, the more chance we are to pass the course.

I absolutely cant wait to be a student again, its going to be amazing =] I'm so excited, this is going to be an opportunity of a lifetime and I'm glad i have a place with them. =]
