Tiredness

So i got my Grandad to take me to the job centre as i wasn't feeling too good but while i was there i got the shakes really bad. I've been so tired today and i really hate taking my anti-biotics and painkillers because they cause me to shake, feel sick, tiredness and really weak.

I was going to see my fiancé today but i just cant bring myself to do it, i really miss him and i just want to see him but with my taking these tablets, i doubt that is going to happen any time soon =[ and it upsets me so much.
