What I've Been Eating

Hello Everyone 😊
If you follow me on Instagram then you will have seen what I've been eating lately but I thought I would put it in a post anyway. I will also be showing the snacks I've been having too. 

 Carrot cous cous with battered chicken pieces

 Veg cous cous with smoked sausage

 Alpro yogurt with granola and banana

 This was very nice and refreshing

 Scrambled egg on brown toast with a ribena sparkling (if anyone can find these ribena's in store, can you tell me in the comments please)

 BBQ: Cheese burger, sausage, egg, cucumber and potato salad

Chicken caesar salad with a pork pie.

Probably looks like I don't eat much, and I don't 😀 I tend to eat the same things but have something different each week so I don't get bored.
I bought most of my food from Asda


 Only 71kcals

 These come in a pack of 4, 2 peach and pear and 2 banana and strawberry. I use them with my granola.

 I got these from my local shop and I have one when i'm craving.


 Omg these jellies are amazing 

 I also buy the strawberry ones too.




I just got a small loaf as I don't want to be eating a lot of bread, its so nice though, especially with sandwich spreads on.

And there you have it. I'm still drinking a smoothie every morning, as I said before, I post most of what I'm eating to Instagram so please give me a follow if you want to keep up to date. I would also love to follow more people who are eating healthy too 😊

Update

Hello Everyone 😊
It's been about a week or so since my last post and I've lost another 5lbs. I think I can feel it, my stomach does feel and look a lot flatter since I started. But I do have a long way to go. I do post pictures of what I'm eating on Instagram, i'm mostly eating and drinking everything in my last post, haven't found any new recipes yet but I don't mind.
At the start of last week, I had my period and ended up having a Chinese takeaway and a pizza, well, I was very ill the day after so never again.

Regarding my mental health?
I know by now, I'm meant to have energy but I don't. I've been still feeling tired when it hits certain times in the day, depending on how long I've slept for.
I haven't been getting out as much as I should, the weather here in the UK, has been crap, I have been out on the weekends, that's the only time when my family are free, its hard to push myself to go out by myself, as much as I love my alone time, it really sucks sometimes and I just want someone to talk too.
My other problem about going out is what to wear, I hate my body and having to wear clothes suitable for warm weather is a pain. I don't like showing too much skin but I get very hot if I cover up.
If the weather is as nice today, tomorrow then I will make myself go out for a stroll, might take my sister if she's up for it.

Back to my "diet"!
I now have something to aim for, my dad might take me on holiday in August and I'm so excited if he does, it would only be Spain but its still a holiday. And I'd love to be skinny enough to wear dresses and bikinis and feel good in my body 😊

I found this planner on Hobbycraft for only £15 and I love it, there's so much space and its undated which is perfect. Might end up buying another one if I fill this one up.


I just need to start drinking more water 😊

New Month Update

Hello Everyone =]


January has been a blur for me, but kind of shocked that were in February already.

It's been about a week since I started my diet, its going okay, I've been enjoying my slim fast shakes and snacks and trying to have proper healthy meals. Bit of tmi for you, been a bit windy and ill the past few days, probably all the good stuff going into my body haha Haven't started exercising yet, have a couple of YouTube videos to follow for that and I finally own a sports bra, so no boob bounces when i do anything haha =]

I tried sweet potato the other day, it was rather nice, I mashed mine and had it with chicken, wasn't very filling but I know to add more in the future. I'm also thinking of changing my milk as well, either to almond or skimmed, depends which one I like best, I'm rather picky.

The only naughty things I'm drinking is my latte (only 1 a day) and a few cups of tea (I cant go without tea, its a British thing).

As I said, last month was a blur, so this month i need to make some cards so I can finally make some money of my own.
I have also been trying out my watercolour pens, I can use them on their own but with water its a bit tricky, but eventually I will get there =]

This month we have pancake day! WOOP! And my sisters birthday! And a few programs coming back like the walking dead! OMG I cant wait, exciting stuff!
